Course Overview
LearnCollab’s Chatbot Marketing course syllabus was developed based on real-world chatbot marketing consultancy projects. The ChatBots we developed were focused on customer acquisition and conversion. We build the chatbots from the ground up because the features and flow we wanted to include in the chatbot was not available commercially anywhere. By creating a course on how to develop a Customer Acquisition & Conversion Chatbox, we are confident business owners and consultants will be able to benefit not only by customising our provided chatbot templates to suit their business process and flow, but also be able to deploy their chatbot by the time the course is completed.
Ultimately, the course will help participants learn and deploy a customised chatbot in their organisation and increase customer acquisition and sales.

Course Objectives
By the end of this course, learners will be able to:
Define a business case and elaborate on objectives and benefits of a customer service knowledge base
Plan user requirements for a customer service knowledge base
Explain the importance of PDPA compliance in customer service knowledge base
Develop system specifications to meet the organization’s objectives and budget
Conduct UAT for ChatBot
Explain the importance of conducting UAT
Prepare User Training Guide
Gather feedback from 2 users to improve the customer service knowledge base
Entry Requirements
- Have ‘O’ level pass in English and Mathematics. Broadly equivalent to WPL Level 6 and WPN – Intermediate Level
- Have working experience of slightly more than two years to highly experienced manager
